Bailey has been passionate about hair since high school, when she would experiment with colour on herself and her friends. She always had a penchant for crimpers and curling irons, and with all that passion and enthusiasm, a career in hair design was the natural next step for her.
Her love of people, fashion, beauty and imagination has propelled her to her dream career as a successful hair designer.
After training at John Casablanca, Bailey was hired by the iconic late Jon Paul Holt at the legendary Avant Garde salon in historic Yaletown. Jon Paul was a mentor, supporter and dear friend who saw magic in Bailey and guided her in her career, passing down his knowledge and trade secrets to her. He taught her how to do hair design for shoots and commercial styling, and as a result, Bailey has been the lead hair designer on many shoots. She has an ongoing bi-annual contract with BMW and has had the opportunity to do the hair of celebrities such as Pamela Anderson, Heather Graham, Erin Karpluk, Joe Leary, and more.
Bailey’s approach is one of quality, sincerity, and empathy. She truly listens to her clients and prioritizes their dream hair, going above and beyond to make it a reality. She leads with kindness and professionalism. K-Tip (Keratin Tip)
Is a strand by strand method using a heated bond that lasts for 3-4 months with zero maintenance.
Gives 360 degrees mobility and the most invisible. K tips give us the custom ability to cut the bonds and utilize micro bonds where you need it most.
The hair can not be reused.
You will need to book a removal, install and new hair after 3-4 months.
However, save time and money on zero maintenance appointments.
I-Tip (Individual Tip)
Is a strand by strand method using a camouflaged bead and polyurethane tip.
Gives 360 degrees mobility.
Hair is reusable and can last 6-12 months with proper care.
Maintenance is every 5-6 weeks

Come with clean dry hair, I push up the beads and remove any hair shed. I always finish with curling.
